Love Newks! Great, clean environment. Food is great! When I come here, I really like to stick with the Chicken Caesar Salad. The chicken Caesar Salad is really good. In the pictures attached, is a salmon Caesar salad. The salmon was good. However, I wouldn’t get the salmon on my salad again, just because I prefer my salad cold(er) and the warm salmon made my salad warm. It was still delicious though.

The guy that runs the to go area is dope and really helpful. You can definitely tell he runs it, you don’t even have to ask. I give him 5 stars, I give the restaurant , because it’s always too busy and not enough seating. There was also very little sauce on my pizza, but still good.

Was there today. They seemed short handed. A lot of dirty tables, food slow coming out of kitchen and morale seemed low. There were 5 of us. 4 of us had salads, and 1 sandwich. Salads were good, but bread on sandwich was hard as a brick! The mini bar where they keep condiments was almost empty and needed restocking. Just an OKAY visit. Needed improvement. They weren't terribly busy either.

Food was good but waited 55 min to get served. When they delivered the food they got the order wrong! The restaurant was not even packed inside. Moreover the waitress was super rude, throwing our food on the table and the plastic fork and knife almost at our faces. When complaining at the manager the only answer we got is they are short staffed. The staff was not even running around they had time to laugh and do nothing. Not my definition of short staffed to me!

Our hot food order was cold and the wait for our food was really long because they ended up forgetting about our order (hence why it was cold). Only reason we knew that they have forgotten was because they served 5 people who came in after us their food. Not a good experience and we most likely won’t come back.

Very disappointed in the service today. I placed an online order @9:30am for pickup @11:15am.. Knowing I only had a few minutes fire lunch today. They sent a text with a link so that I could let them know when I was headed that way. (Not sure why, I have them a time of pickup). But I went to three link and shared that I was in my way, shared that I was at the restaurant. Went to the pickup spot and waited 15 mins before someone asked me if they could help me. When I gave them my name, they threw together my lunch, it wasn't even ready. The part that irritates me the most is that they auto add a 20%tip for the restaurant staff.

My first time visit, the chicken bacon sandwich on multi grain bread was so good. The vibe in the restaurant was so relaxing, why have I wanted this long... IDK..lol

Hands down, one of my favorite places to eat! It's clean, very clean, all of the staff all friendly. Their bathroom are ALWAYS clean. Their high chairs are clean, they aren't sticky, and full of dried up food everywhere. I love the atmosphere ! It is hip, casual, fun, and affordable. I love to get The Debra, it is my all time favorite. It is a great place for any occasion and the entire family! Come prepared to eat, and don't forget to get something sweet!
