I go to this location somewhat frequently and things need to change, it is such a disappointment. This location needs solid people working, there was a time where I sat in line behind 2 other vehicles for 15 minutes, The people that are there are polite but something just needs to get reset here.

When you walk inside there is no air conditioning none of the menus were on and I got a bacon king and halfway through my burger I pulled a really long hair out of my mouth and we got our money back and left

Lights were on, staff inside but nobody would answer drive thru, sat there almost 5 minutes. This is the 2nd time in the last week that this has happened.
I stop almost every night, only place usually open when I come for lunch with my husband.
Slow need more help. Was out of items and forgot to give kids drinks with meal. Not bad people just need more help.
I guess their motto isn't true . Ask for extra salt they give you packages and most of the time thier food is dry and not fresh. I'm allergic to a preservative in the mayo packages I askfor the one from the lune and they say no. Even after I explained the situation. Not customer service orientated
