Well, I had two of the $5.99 specials. However, one of them looked like they threw the topping on last (chicken) and they put barely any chicken. And, the other pizza looked like it should with its toppings cooked all at once and evenly spread out and lots of toppings. Rather disappointing when get home after picking up your pizza to find it not right. I can say that everything else was fine. I was under the impression that quality was Domino's thing... It seems to me either they forgot to put my topping on and did it afterwards (cooked) and/or in a terrible rush. Either way, it doesn't pay to serve a pizza that they know will pass off a customer.
We work hard for our money and when we spend that money on Domino's pizza, there is a sense of satisfaction that what you're ordering is what you're going to get.
In addition, I gave more stars than deserved, only because Domino's does make great pizza but their employees need retraining to ensure quality control and no shortcuts like what I got. Yes! Domino's has a satisfaction policy. But in doing so it costs me more gas in driving. I work for UPS and understand the value of a happy customer when I deliver a package.
Unfortunately, Domino's at that location will not get my business or the business of the employees I work with anymore until corrections are made.

The last couple times I’ve ordered from this store were horrible. Last phone delivery I ordered two pan pizzas and got two regular pizzas that were the toppings I wanted. And this time I ordered through phone the first guy takes my card info then tells me to hold then someone else pickups and takes my order. On top of that the second guy said it would take 30 minutes for delivery…. 40 minutes passes and I call back for an update and I was told 10 minutes… 25 minutes and still no pizza so I call back and the guy tells me 20 more minutes. I was fuming. 5 minutes after I hung up I got my delivery.
Ive waited a total of 55 minutes after being given the run around. Don’t promise a time if you have no clue what the actual delivery time will be. Management or even corporate really need to get this place in order. I’ve never had issues up until my 2 most recent orders.

Domino's Pizza is a Domino's Pizza this place is always packed the parking lot is full as other places and this little mini mall that is excellent a Domino's Pizza's delivery is a great employees are great hits clean will I go back I've been going back for 25 years and will continue to do so keep up the good works Domino

I spend $50 dollar on this place and the pizza is not worth, it taste like cardboard! I thought it was going to be better than Caesars pizza! Don't throw your money away!

The customer service here is not helpful whatsoever. The delivery took over an hour which is fine, and the delivery man was sweet. However the order was wrong, and the food was cold. The quality was also terrible compared to the dominos we have in northern Michigan, I would not recommend this Dominos!

Tried doing a phone order they hang up on me 3 time once o was able to place my order
I went to pick up and it was wrong plus the pizza was a brunt I told the cashier it was wrong and brunt she told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes. I told them to cancel it. My wing were also wrong

Came in today Friday February 4th i placed an order at 11:35 I went in for the 5th time already and they’re still telling me it’s going to be another 10 minutes it is currently 12:42 i have waited over an hour for 2 items. Incredible staff they have here 🤡

This Domino's location doesn't deserve 1Star. We ordered at 7pm its now 10:51pm and its still not done! They lied on the app saying it was done @1040p so my husband went & they said "we don't have it ready". My husband said its very dirty in the store and their hands look like mechanics. So we just canceled our order. We will never order there again

The pizza was barely warm and overcooked, though the delivery driver was very polite. Jocelyn was very rude when we asked for the estimated wait time, she abruptly said 2 hours. We ended up ordering online and got a 1 hour estimated time. We were at Long Beach Memorial late, because my mom is critical and on life support, and we were treated very incompassionately. I hope that Tony can contact us. Thank you.
