Got there during a dinnertime rush, it was extremely busy. Almost left when I saw the long line in drivethru till I seen how fast it was moving along..so I decided to order. To my surprise the girl with the braid was not only polite but went above and beyond by helping me out with a better deal!
What can really be said about KFC that hasn't already been said. I am a fan of the spicy chicken sandwich though spicy is questionable. In my opinion it's mild at best, but the chicken breast in the sandwich is always flavorful and most. The customer service at this location is mediocre at best alth

Chicken cold mashed potatoes hard and french fries cold. 🤢 KFC used to be good not anymore.
Food was fine, but customer service was super disappointing. I will go out of my way to a different KFC until this one is properly staffed to handle a busy evening. I don't really blame the workers, I blame management for not taking care of their people.
