Tried the new beyond fried chicken nuggets and it's as bad amost of the reviews out there say. Flavor is decent, but the texture is really bad, really tough, dense, and it's like you are chewy through plastic. I'd say it's a failed experiment, and it's not even vegetarian friendly as it's fried in oil that may contain animal products.

Haven’t been to KFC for a while because I usually regret it minutes after finishing my meal. But I was hungry and it was close, plus all the commercials lately must have planted a seed… I walked in to place my order; 3 piece Breast, Wing, thigh with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, a biscuit and a drink. The restaurant was clean and smelled good. A helpful employee took my order within 2 minutes and it was ready a minutes after that. Check your order before you leave- they forgot to put the biscuit in the box. The chicken tasted somewhat bland, not the KFC I was used to. Also the potatoes and coleslaw were lacking that original tasty flavor. I’d go back and try a sandwich next time but it’ll be a while before I way KFC again.

Service was prompt, friendly and they made sure I had all the requested Condiments. When I wanted to switch mashed potatoes for Coleslaw it was no problem with the emoyee. They were very accommodating. Food was ok: I forgot to specify White Meat over Brown.

This is the second time and the last time I go there for sure! The order was wrong instead of chicken sandwich they gave me the spicy one! And my order was ready in not even a minute! Chicken was awful and I am sure it was cooked the day before or at least 4 hours before! The manager was very rude and instead of apologizing, arguing with me! I am going to report them to cooperate!!!!

I went on a Wednesday afternoon about 3 p.m. The person, Henry, that took my order at the drive-thru was really rude and abrupt. Even though the drive-thru wasn't busy he seemed to want to finish taking the order right away. He didn't offer to upsize my combo to a large which I did after he gave me a total. At the drive-thru window I received my food and drink but had to ask for my receipt. The reason I wanted a receipt was so I could leave a negative review on the survey. It may be just me but I have a feeling that he wanted to keep receipts away from customers so they wouldn't give negative feedback on surveys. Henry wasn't wearing a name tag either and I got his name off the receipt. He seems very unfriendly and really shouldn't be taking orders from the drive-thru window. Henry doesn't deserve a raise in my opinion and I wouldn't promote him if I was the manager. He seemed very unfriendly, didn't smile, and didn't make me feel welcomed or wanted to be there.

I haven't had KFC in years and thought I would try it again. I'm glad I did. Got the extra crispy chicken delicious. Macaroni and cheese delicious. And the biscuits are to die for.

I bought the chicken sandwich and it was nothing like they advertise. Chicken was cold and it looked like a chicken tender not a chicken breast. Definitely not worth $5.50.
