Took 20 minutes to get my order. They should have told me the wait for food would make me late for work. Staff needs a course in personality training!
Customer service here is horrible. It never fails everytime I go into this particular Starbucks it’s always the same thing. Overlook me, everyone else gets their order before me that order after me. EVERYTIME! The coffee is literally filled to the rim that it’s spilling out of the cup. I have to ask
I loved coming here I was a regular and really enjoyed the morning crew. But the new crew seems rude I wasn't greeted by baristas and I got my drink after a full conversation and a customer who ordered after me. I'll just go somewhere else from now on.
Unpleasant place with angry and rude employees. There’s plenty of other locations, so skip this one if you don’t want to get disappointed.
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There were 4 employees working and about 5 customers, and it still took over 30 minutes to get a soy latte. Insane!!!!
