One time I ordered a pizza and the driver never showed up. And another time, I ordered the Buffalo Pizza and the pizza showed up burnt, hardly any cheese and no Buffalo sauce. Just a overall bad pizza place. To make matters worse, I paid $29 dollars for the pizza, and was told I’d be offered a $15 credit. When I went to use the credit, they lied and said they never offered it to me smdh Stay away from this place!

I ordered a large 5 topping pizza from Domino's tonight. Since it's pickup or delivery only, We went there. $12 was the price I was told over the phone. When I got there, this guy told me $22. I said "there's a mistake." He acted like he went to ask someone else after he realized I wasn't falling for his scam, then came back and said "he read it wrong." Well buddy, you've been caught! Say cheese!

Disclaimer: The manager issued me a refund and was understandable of the situation when explained.
We usually get pizza from 4th & Redondo location but because this location was closer we chose here instead.
When I received my pizza and wings, it was not what I was expecting. It was on the cold side.
I was told that manager would be contacting me within 15 minutes of calling, regarding the situation. So I waited.
After speaking with the manager, I was given the option of a remake or a refund. I chose refund due to my uncertainty of the turn out of the remake.
I appreciate the professionalism from the manager and for hearing me out.
It could’ve been different. So I appreciate that.

Bad customer service. The crew is unreliable and don't know what they're doing. So if you order online, place them a call as well to confirm because they gona say they never recieve your order. Lack of time and crew are just dumb...

Been ordering from this location for a few years. Only ever had one issue, which was promptly dealt with by the staff. Orders finish in a reasonable amount of time and always tastes great and the employees are polite and helpful.

This is an embarrassment to pizza. Order placed at 3:30pm on a Thursday, it came out for quality check at 3:49 according to the Tracker. It sat in Quality Check form 3:49 until 4:20 when it went out for delivery. I got my pizza - stone cold and absolutely missing sauce (quality check, anyone???) at 5:00pm.
I tried to be nice and had tipped the driver 25% - and totally regret that - he was borderline hostile - and I was the one waiting outside in the rain so he didn't have to even get out of his car... I feel sorry for whoever got their pizza next - they had to wait from 4:20 when he left the store until well after 5 (there was at least another in the bag)
Not only that but I waited on hold for about 20 minutes to actually speak to someone. Supposedly the price is being refunded, we'll see about that because the manager hung up on me mid-sentence.
I've not mentioned the pizza being black-burnt because the person at the store told me "that's the way thin crust has always been" - I mean, I've been ordering from Domino's for many, many, many years and it's not been an issue, but ok...

My rating reflects your service so zero stars, I had to put one star in order to comment. I don't know what you guys are doing there but you need to answer the phone, it's part of the job. I'd hate to think that you're overwhelmed and not taking orders so you're not working as hard. I actually was never able to order from this location because you don't answer calls and automatically put customers on hold without asking. Read your reviews, but I'm sure you won't care anyway.Maybe corporate will get a call and be informed that you're ignoring customers and some of you need to be replaced with people who actually care about what they're doing.
