Nancy is a horrible, rude, insensitive and disrespectful manager. I have an allergy and she pretty much told me not to eat there and she would not accommodate my allergy or help me with ingredients. She needs to be fired or maybe even better have allergies so she knows what it feels like to struggle
Let me tell you something. The Carl's Jr's in long Beach are the best! I actually eat here, the ones in LA are trash. Old food, cold fries & hard buns no matter what the time! In the lbc food cooked & shakes thick.

How does the entire location shut down and go on break at the same time? They literally refused to take my order because "they were on break" the entire location couldn't figure out how to stagger breaks? The entire location couldn't be properly trained to break at different times?
