I have never spent 20$ for a pizza with 11 pepperonis on it like I ordered a pepperoni pizza not a cheese pizza with a few pepperonis and to top it off the cinnamon rolls were not even cooked all the way I don't recommend this place at night

Second time ordering from this location & second time disappointed. You have to say extra sauce to get even a hint of sauce. First time they had to come back bc the original had no sauce. This time, same issue only they’re closed so the phone doesn’t let me talk to anyone even though the delivery guy left a few moments ago. Never again. Will be there in the morning for a refund.

Made an order on line and use my points for the order they kept me waiting for 1½hr just to find out that they canceled the order, call them and didn't know what to do no one knew what to say so I use all the points for an order that they cancel

Needing my signature for a pizza I pre paid for was not cool! This was supposed to be a drop off but your delivery guy insisted I come out to sign for something already paid for. He handed the food to me. So much for keeping safe and no touch delivery!

No joke the worst Pizza-Hut in all of Long Beach. Past 5 orders I've had excuse after excuse after excuse from their team as to why my order was never received, delayed by 45 extra minutes or just plain doesn't show up on their ordered list. Run by clowns, this place is a joke, order at other locations.

I really like the way Pizza Hut keeps me informed about any deals and promos that you offer. Used my points for free pizza yesterday. Also, your drivers pretty much hit the mark when it comes to time of delivery. They missed it yesterday by a couple of minutes but no complaints. Pizza and sides were still piping hot and DELICIOUS!!! Keep up the good work

well i thought this was the way to contact the store but i guess not. i was mainly trying to find out if i could exchange these food items for the proper ones. the cheesy bread is burned and crisp, the rolls are hard, and the pizzas are all almost cold. i normally wouldnt even complain but it was for my daughters birthday dinner and it was very dissappoinitng. i was hoping i could get some replacements but i couldnt find my phone and i just didnt know how else to find out something. well i dont know if these get answered but i was hoping dont know

I dont know if it was a off day or what...but this was the worst pizza hut pizza I have ever had. It tasted cheep and did not live up to the hut standard.

The "Manager" Saul hang up on me twice on the phone......i got a price online and a different one at the door....my pizza wasn't cooked well and also cold...the only one who was been nice and helpful to my sister and me was the delivery boy....but the rest of the staff i suggest them to work on their costumer service because not all costumers will take your shit like i did.

I called that i want a pizza to be delivered to a hotel, after 10 minutes I called to confirm my order and they told me that my order will be delivered in a 50 minutes. After around 15 minutes they called me to say that they don't have the crust that I ordered and asked if I want a different one. After 90 minutes wait i called to ask about the order and they told me that the order was not being processed. That's a joke. Do Polaków - darujcie sobie zamawianie w tym miejscu!
