Save your self a trip. Waited 20 minutes to get my food in the drive through. Just to get this. I'm very disappointed. Cashier was also rude. I had been craving this but definitely won't be coming back to this location.

Drive thru takes a ridiculous long time. 4 or 5 cars ahead and it took almost 30minutes just to reach the ordering window. Now there's 6 cars behind me and 2 up ahead. They take a long time to even greet you when you finally do arrive at the ordering window. Fast food isn't so fast here.
The chicken was good and seasoned well. However, the chicken was rather dry from being on the grill too long, most likely, and when biting into the meat, the chicken tasted like sand. I got a lot of Crunchy burns. I have eaten chicken on the grill with burned and it was fine but this was different.
Before this was the place to go! Now is the place to not go! This is the second time I get undercook chicken, I came back hoping for a different experience but received undercook chicken.

This is by far one of the best El pollo locos in Long Beach...The loco salad was fresh and tasted so good...The chicken was moist and not dry and the skin was crispy and succulent..I just loved the mashed potatoes and gravy and the corn OMG.
I live close by and have frequented this place. There service is HORRIBLE. They close when they want to. Literally just saw a car leaving with food. I pull in and they don't respond then say there closed. I see them inside cooking still and making plates to take home but won't sale me any food. This
