My grandmother ordered from the Ocean Blvd. location today, and received OUTSTANDING customer service from Bre. This young lady was so helpful, patient, and kind to my 94 year old grandmother. My grandmother said, “This worker made her day, and went above and beyond to get her orders correct.”Thanks

So we placed an order online to avoid having any delays since we don't get a lot of time for lunch , went to pick up the order , on the way there we received a text saying that my order was ready for pick ..... we get to the restaurant and when I ask for my order they said they are still working on

The staff was very friendly. The sandwiches are made fresh and done quickly. Had their cheese steak sub. Very good. They also donated my payment to Special Olympics!

This is the best jersey Mike's I have ever been to. And I've been to ALOT of jersey Mike's. The customer service is ALWAYS great (Marquel) and they always get the sandwich right. Thanks guys! I'm a local (across the street) and they go above and beyond.

Great shop only thing is they will not confirm your order is ready till you ask so you never know if it is ready I have bad ocd and wish they would be more attentive
