Dairy Queen (treat)

Very good service and the misty freeze drinks were good. I had to take away one star because the noise level is so loud you can only barely here the employees. I doubt there is much they can do about the high noise level. Maybe placing egg crate design rubber foam throughout but that would be very dramatic and way to much maintenance .

Staff are highly in competent and was not able to scan coupon from Dairy Queen app . They denied us the offer and trashed our order because we refused to pay full price . We have used our app at other Dairy Queen’s and never had a problem . The female assistant was rude and abrupt and she definitely doesn’t value the customer . We visited the store on the 08/08/2020 , time aprox 11:20 am .

I went to this particular location after traveling many hours in search of a certain menu item only advertised at this location. The item was a banana cream sickle and when i got there. The people gave me a half melted creamy surprise because it was not even frozen properly. Overall not a pleasant experience. Would rate negative stars

I do not recommend coming here. Yes I am aware that this is the only DQ around the Firestone area, but they are not good quality. Almost every time that I've been, I have asked for extra stuff. I had talked to them about "extra stuff" and what qualities ate "extra stuff", and they described it to be 3-4 more spoonfuls of whatever candy you got. I got extra stuff for 3 blizzards and even a regular blizzard without extra stuff would've had more candy. Good move DQ with your "extra stuff." More like "let's charge them 69 more cents for nothing."
