Kfc

My husband stopped to pickup food for dinner for the family. He ordered a 12 piece, 2 mashed potatoes, gravy, macaroni and cheese, sweet corn, 6 biscuits, and a famous bowl. He got home opened the bag and 1. There was no famous bowl 2. No sweet corn 3. They barely put any macaroni and cheese in the container 4. They put a single biscuit in the biscuit box and tossed in a few pieces of chicken, I'm guessing to make it feel full. 5. They put a few spoonfuls of gravy in the gravy container They did however, overfill the bucket with chicken, more than the 12 pieces we ordered, as if that makes up for leaving out many items from the order and beyond skimping on other items. Beyond disappointing, what a rip off. Terrible. If you're running out of items just say so. But don't charge for something and not give it. Don't go here, management needs to retain them. Honestly it's one thing to screw up a little, but there was so much wrong with our order it's clear that it wasn't an accident but more that they just didn't care.

This use to be such a great KFC. That past few months they've gone down hill. The cashier joy, she absolutely terrible. No hygiene, rude and kept asking if I could repeat myself like I was the problem. Waited so long to get food. Finally got food and it was like they treated the food like trash. Food was thrown in the bag like trash. Got home the biscuits were raw. Chicken was cold. They kept saying they were out of everything. Honestly I can't see how they will be open much longer. It was terrible. Don't waste your time.

We dined in. They were short-staffed and we had to wait for 5 minutes just to have someone from the take-out window come and take our order. My receipt shows the order was placed at 6:30 PM. 10 minutes went by and I complained why it was taking so long to get our meal and they replied they were filling the orders in the order that they were received (we were the only ones dining in at that time). We asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do it because there was no manager in the store to do the refund. They finally called us to come get our meal - 6:55 PM (25 minute wait).....and NO APOLOGIES on their behalf for taking so long to complete the order. Also: The restrooms (men and womens) were filthy. There was no soap to wash our hands and the sink water was ice cold. DO NOT EAT IN THIS RESTAURANT. THEY SHOULD SHUT IT DOWN! Eat at Popeye's in Nashua instead. I have reported this store to KFC Corporate.

What a disaster of an establishment, I feel bad for whoever owns this franchise. Ive now given this place 5 chances and each time it gets worse and worse. Only advice to solving this problem would be to shut it down or plain and simple dont go. Issues : - Shuts down before hours if they are actually up and running. - Insufficient work staff - 99% of the time your order is completely wrong - Staff is extremely rude, and will claim they cant offer certain items or that their computers are down. - Cant manage any amount of volume when it comes to taking and processing orders

The worst service 40 minutes for "fast food " order and staff was so rude and unprofessional, yelling at customers as they came in it is a 45 minute wait. Felt like they wanted people to leave. Which many did, the chain lost hundreds of dollars and customers who will probably never return. If you have nothing else to do for the day and feel the need to be yelled at, add this Londonderry location to your list.
