Holy chicken. The Dynasty BBQ chicken wrap was so good I almost immediately ordered another. Instead I’ll come back tomorrow to initiate my sister as that’s the best chicken wrap I’ve had, ever. The staff were super friendly and noticed my first-timer overwhelm - gawking at the menu trying to pick from all the awesome options - so they patiently gave some recommendations and explained menu items. Super fresh, inventive flavour combos and the Korean rice was also amazing.

I had the pleasure of dining at this place, and it was an absolute delight! The chicken here is hands down the best I've ever had in London. The coleslaw salads were a brilliant choice, incredibly refreshing. Plus, the free drink refilling was a nice bonus. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic chicken meal in London!

It was my first time at the Chicken Shop, very impressive quality of food. I enjoyed the chips so much, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside 👌 The Seoul chicken wings is perfect, so as the chicken burgers. Certainly pricey, but worth every penny. Superb service, I saw one of them doing a satisfaction check to all the guest. Even though he missed us out, not sure what happened there, but I can let it pass. I will certainly recommend and will come back again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chicken Shop restaurant and I was so impressed with the customer service I received. Issac was so friendly and attentive to my needs. She was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had a great experience. The food was also really awesome. I had the wrap and it was cooked to perfection. The sides were also really tasty. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and great customer service and hospitality good esprecially by issac. Also there is OREO day is going on till 3rd of this september.

For my first time eating at the Chicken Shop it was actually pretty good. Ordering was quite easy and the mini pager to alert you when your order is ready was for those busy times when you don't want to keep checking for you order. The Chicken Burgers were really good. My only criticism is that there was too much sauce so my burger was sliding around alot. The milk shakes were better than I expected. Definitely a place I would recommend as an alternate to other burger places.
