always really, really bad service. staff take way too long to prepare an order and almost every pastry i’ve ever gotten is stone cold. don’t even bother with the breakfast baguettes, half of the filling is outside of the sandwich and the sauce is carelessly slapped on.wont be going back again

This was a really good Greggs but lately the food is always stone cold, no food at all, went there and there was croissants nothing else and staff are very happy to say wait 10/15 minutes there needs to be consistency with these things.
