So this evening I ordered a chinese takeaway through yourselves, the delivery time was between 45-60 minutes as normal which normally comes way before due how close it is to my apartment, but after the 60 minute mark we gave the takeaway a call. They explained that the had been a issue with busy stadium(due to where I live)/breakdown of delivery vehicle. Which of course can happen. There was no contact from them until we called them and they weren't very helpful at all, the lady explained it wasn't her fault and that it would be another 45 minutes until the food came, not knowing weather it would be the same food or freshly cooked/cold or hot. All in all it was a terrible experience especially regarding customer services. We have been waiting for 2 hours & 30 minutes for food now, which is really not acceptable. The restaurant it no further than a 15-20 minute walk away! If we hadn't had pre paid by card we would have definitely gone to another takeaway. NEVER again.
