Sea Bream Fish Bar

You won't find a better chippy in the South East than this. Been using this fish bar for over 20 years, would not go anywhere else in the area. The staff are very friendly & always have time for a chat even though they're extremely busy. I would truly wait an hour + for the best cod & chips I've ever tasted. Always cooked fresh & very large portions for little price. Recommended so many friends who won't go anywhere else now, plus they shop for me as I can't always get there ... win win! Give it a try you definitely won't be disappointed.

Have lived in the area my whole life, and for some reason only discovered seabream around 5 months ago. Without a doubt the best fish and chips in the area. The 1st Time I had it from seabream was an eye opener. Everything about it was fantastic and delicious! You only have to see how busy they get at times to know these guys don't mess about. Big portions, brilliant staff, fair prices and the curry sauce is up there with the best. You no longer need to drive to the coast to get decent fish and chips, go to seabream instead! You won't be dissapointed FACT

Quite thoroughly enjoyed our fish & chips from this shop. Staff are friendly and polite. Once in the shop, you get their full attention. You get big portions at a reasonable price. The food are always freshly made. The cooking oil is changed regularly hence the chips are always tasty and not manky. Would recommend for anyone. Been again, I was in and out in a flash. Very fast service. Enjoyable meal. Eat every bit of the meal.

I can't stress enough that this has got to be the best chippy in the area. The chips and they are real chips not fries are crunchy and fluffy which I haven't come across anywhere else in my area, the batter on fish or sausages is out of this world super crispy and light. And to top it off the staff are very polite and welcoming. If I could I'd have fish n chips from here every night I would 😋 the only reason for the 4 star on the atmosphere is because it was a Wednesday evening and I was the only person in there, I have been in there on other nights and it can get very busy.
