Went to Wagamama with a friend and we received great service from Joel, Jasmine and the resturnant manager on Sunday 5th November.
I have a nut allergy and was rest assured that I would be taken cared of. I would like to say thank you for the lovely food and great service.

Excellent food, good service and nice staff too. Wide selection of drinks and perfectly sized portions, always leave the restaurant feeling full. Cant go wrong popping in here for a hotpot or ramen noodles. Highly recommended.

The place is usually empty which is nice for me. The food is top tier but the service can be a bit weird. The first time I went there, the service was great. The second time I waited 30+ mins for one dish and it was difficult to get ahold of the staff. The food is great though. I think it's convenient that you can pay by QR code also.

Great spot to grab a nice meal before or after a movie at cinema or shopping. Friendly staff and quick service with teas waiting time. The food is so delicious and fresh. I love their vegan options.

Claudia U served us, she was lovely and really made an effort to ensure we had everything we needed and we were happy. We always like the food at wagas but sometimes the service can be hit and miss so it really elevates the experience when an individual makes an effort

Me and the Mrs had a lovely lunch there, food was great, service was great, atmosphere wasn’t great cause one of the staff members was very unprofessional. We made our dissatisfaction clear to the assistant manager at the time. But overall the assistant manager at the time a young lady who’s name we took Upkriti made our experience enjoyable and was very professional in her approach and her service was excellent along with her mannerisms. We’ve been to this same store on numerous occasions and have also picked up our food from it. So we would class ourselves as regular customers. We do recommend this restaurant as a place for good food and dining. But there are a couple of the young staff who need to be retrained or spoken to about their customer service.

Photo is the tantanmen beef brisket ramen and duck goyza. Staff were really friendly, kind and helpful. You can now scan your place mat and table number to pay online, where can easily split the bill and add a tip. All round good stuff.
