Tried the meatball wrap which was a bit dry and tasted as though it had been there a while. Usually have a sandwich, which are good. Wish they used lettuce rather than rocket or spinach or offered a choice. Maybe there could be a mini salad bar to top up the basic salads (ie piece of salmon) with tomato, lettuce/greens, corn etc?

Coffee subscription was a genius idea by the executives of prets. Most of the places I go the staff are super friendly. Do find some of their items a tad over price but that being said their food do taste great, and you can see they use great quality ingredients. Really like the cheese and pickel baguette. Hot food items can use some work as when you get the wraps the wrap on the edges becomes like crisp left in the hot box too long. And pre subscription wasn't keen on the one size drink (can look past that now)

I love going to Pret A Manger stores. On our recent family holiday to London we would stop here and grab something to eat or sit in and eat breakfast/lunch. The food is delicious and a good price. The staff are friendly and more than happy to answer questions about the food.
