Wow. Amazing food, every mouthful so good you don't want it to end....I am truly impressed!! I had the indo-Chinese chicken with burnt chillies, hot but you immediately want another bowl of it. House curry which was the best butter chicken ever, and a delicately flavoured and perfectly cooked paratha. Good service, great welcome and good chaotic atmosphere. I shall return frequently!

Don't know if it was in response to the previous reviews on here (?), but we had charming and attentive service at all times. The food was great and very plentiful, and at £28 for the taster menu plus cocktail excellent value especially considering you're just off Regent St.

Great food. The place smelled amazing. The staff were slightly dippy when it came to sorting out what I could and couldn't have in regards to my allergies (they lost the allergy book) but all in all it was good.

Really great great fusion of Indian and British! The Scotch Eggs, Lamb Shepherd's Pie, and cocktails especially were amazing. You can't go wrong here if you're looking for a nifty Indian food experience

Amazing restaurant and friendly staff really helped to make my husband’s birthday a memorable evening. We went for the ‘High Chai’ set menu for 2 and I had spoken with the staff in advance to replace some items on the menu with others that met our dietary requirements and everything was arranged as expected and they also reassured me after it was served. They even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my husband which they didn’t charge for. The food was exceptional, not too spicy nor too bland. Absolutely everything about this place was fantastic. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

This resturant is located in Kingly Square. I particularly like walking around this part of town as it seems worlds away to the chaos of central London. We had the savoury afternoon which was different as I do like my traditional tea. The presentation was delightful. My cousin had not mentioned she doesn't eat butter when I made the booking and they happily made another sandwich for her. It was a rather delightful couple of hours and I will go again.

Two of us were dining and chose to share dishes Started with the Papdi Chaat and the Tandoori salmon. The chaat was far an away one of the most utterly gobsmackingly tasty starters I think I've ever tasted. Spiced fairly lightly, mouthwateringly good. The salmon was also very good, but not a patch on the chaat. Main course was Chettinad style lamb with rice, and also Lucknow-style free range chicken biryani. Both dishes were of a superb quality, really stunningly good flavour. The lamb in particular was free from any fatty gristle, was clean in flavour and beautifully balanced. Biryani likewise was perhaps one of the best I've had, complimented with a yogurt sauce and spiced sauce. We also had black lentils, which were OK. The service on the table was very friendly and helpful with descriptions and recommendations from our waiter. All staff were discrete and kept to the background allowing a very relaxed experience. I will be back!

Ambience: Located in Kingly Square, the walk to the actual place is beautifully lit up and surrounded by quaint restaurants/seating/decor on all sides. The walk itself puts you in the mood for a lovely evening for good fare. The ambiance of the actual restaurant is underwhelming but it may be due to the bright lights and cuteness of the area that overshadows it. Taste bud satisfaction: Having heard that Indian food was delicious in London, this place didn't disappoint the taste buds. We had the chicken biryani and it has since been the best I've had thus far. The naan bread complemented the spices & mix of leaves in the seasoned sauce. I would recommend mild as it was relatively spicy (for my standards). The selection of desserts contains a mix of the desserts they have on display and is a great way to try a bit of everything, satisfying the FOMO/curious foodies out there. In particular, the saffron poached pear with clove icecream gave a little leap of freshness in my mouth! Friendliness: Service was quick & efficient & they answered the many questions I always have about the menu. Overall: Great indian place overall. Would recommend it a must-try but probably would not become a repeat customer due to the many choices & curiosity within me to try other restaurants!

I went here on Valentines day so had no choice but to have the £45 set menu. The menu options were good, but it would have been nice to have had more. The food quality was very good. It wasn't oily like a typical curry joint, so it did make an Indian meal feel a little more posh (this coming from an Indian man!). The service was friendly and on point so I can't complain whatsoveer. The tables were a little close to each other, so every time I tried to get out I felt like I was going to knock over something! I'd recommened Cinnamon Soho for sure, but probably would only go back when I can order from the normal menu rather than being restricted to the set menu.
