A friend and I went to Alice house for a few hours and will definitely go back again. The staff were friendly and they had a great dj on that night.

What a breath of fresh air the staff at Alice House are. My friends and I forgot to book a table for Sunday roast lunch. It was 3pm and not surprisingly there were no tables available. We were however greeted by such friendly, helpful staff that were so welcoming that we decided to have a drink and wait for an table to become available. It didn’t take long for us to be offered a free table when some customers had finished and left. The staff especially Emma and Tony were very attentive. The Sunday roasts were tasty. We had a very relaxing chilled Sunday, just the way it should be .

Update: the management was quick to address the issue and offered a free voucher as a gesture of goodwill. It's good to see them taking steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
In general, the establishment is decent, and the food is passable. However, it's important to mention that when I ordered the Vegetarian option, they brought it without the Yorkshire pudding, despite the menu stating, “All Sunday roasts are served with roasties, carrots, summer greens, Yorkshire pudding & gravy.” When I inquired about it, they informed me that it's not included in the veg option. This omission feels like a form of vegetarian discrimination, and I believe it would be fair for them to specify this on the menu. I've tried vegetarian roasts at many other places, and this is the first time I've encountered such an issue.

Best brunch I’ve had in a while. Good, friendly service.

Lovely pub with outside seating which is exactly what you want when London gets warm! Good choice of drinks and beers, food was tasty though the service not great, it took a while to get attention to order drinks and later food and one out of three things we ordered never arrived and we had to ask three times before they finally took it to our table though charging us again…

My friend and I went on a Tuesday night which is also their quiz night (stars at 7.30pm if you want to eat in peace).
This is my second time here and the food and service was as excellent as last time. The chef clearly cares about the food as the taste, combinations and visuals are all perfect.
The staff are ever so friendly and competent, even on a busy night.
It's dog friendly and they have done (human) board games in the side area which is nice.

Wow went here on a Thursday evening with work mates. The food was way better than I thought it would be. The fried chicken is excellent, so the padron peppers and the fried courgette. The Romanesco sauce/dip excellent. Very impressed with the food. Also great craft beers. And the bar staff and waiting staff all have a bit of an alternative edge. This is definitely my new local.

We had a fantastic time in the Snug (area at the back of Alice House) for a private party. Dhwani and her team were incredibly patient, kind and generous with their time and attention. The food was great (especially the cauliflower croquettes) and the atmosphere was fantastic. Nothing was too big or too small for the team, and the bar tenders were knowledgable and speedy. All in all, a great afternoon and a return visit will follow for sure.

So cute! Prices are classic london (aka expensive) but really good vibes!

Great pub for a gathering with friends, a light brunch or drinks. Really enjoyed the cocktails and the space, the decor and light. We had booked a long table for 15 people which was accommodated, but I felt that the service at the bar for drinks was quite slow (food came quickly) and the table was barely cleared during our 5 hours sitting there. This was a nuisance considering how narrow the table was, and the fact that they knew we had the large booking for over a week so should have prepared. The staff were super nice and friendly, allowed me to bring cakes, and some of the food was good but nothing special. I would definitely return here for drinks and a light snack but not for a large party booking.
