This place is sooooo busy and for good reason, the food is amazing and I would say it’s the best fried chocking in North West London. And that creates it own problem because you have to wait ages to be served, I think they need a bigger place, don’t get me wrong you pay very quickly but you have to wait ages for your food. Depending on what day it is, people are queuing outside to sit down and waiting to collect their order. But that’s because the food is amazing. The staff are polite and obviously rushed off their feet. I don’t have no real negative comments about this place apart from the waiting time and as mentioned it’s because of the popularity of the place. One comment though is that they should be consistent which who serves, today I did not get the normal pickles that comes with the spicy chicken meal, which I normally do. Today I went to buy lunch and I was served by a gentleman I’ve never seen before and I’ve been there about ten times now with and without guests, he might even be one of the owners. He served me and I asked how long will it take, he said 20 minutes and I mistakenly said “that’s long” simply because it was not that busy today and when it’s busy it’s normally 20 minutes , he then decided to explain to me that this was not KFC and everything is freshly cooked, I paused him and said I have been here before and I kind of knew that but he was polite so no problem. All in all this is a great place to eat if you can get a seat. Please don’t get upset if you can’t be seated. And again repeat the staff are great the food is great.

We went early on a Saturday and got a table straight away (5pmish) although by the time we left there were queues of people outside (6.30ish) Juiciest chicken and best shawarma I've ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful and even the drinks were delicious. Will definitely be back.

Visited with a few friends and had a great experience. It was super busy but the staff were very accommodating and got us seated down very quickly considering how popular it was. The chicken was super juicy and crispy and the chips were unique and it was a nice change to have. But the beef burger was a bit disappointing, overly saucy and a bit drab. Overall, I would recommend but do try and go during the day time when it’s maybe a bit quieter.

I visited this restaurant after a clip I saw on social media. The general impression is ok. Location: cannot say much about it as I’m not a Londoner but, it was a walking distance from subway which was fine. Restaurant: very small and cramped seating area, clean. Gets really busy as many will walk in and wait to pick their orders. Service: we were lucky, we came just before the rush hour I believe, we didn’t wait long to sit. Our orders came accurate even though we made a couple of changes after we ordered. Waiters are polite and helpful. Food quality: now, I am middle eastern by background and have been there and eaten similar food. There isn’t much difference between the food I had there and this restaurant. Food was hot, made-to-order, good quality and very reasonable price. Expect a wait of 10-15 min for your food to come. I loved the Arabic shawarma, plated nicely and the sandwich was filled generously. I have also tried the Broasted chicken it was worth ordering. The restaurant offers freshly squeezed juice which is a bonus, my partner had the carrot juice. Overall; although I travelled 2 hours to get there, I wasn’t disappointed at all.

The Broasted chicken they serve up is beyond amazing – bursting with flavour, super juicy, and perfectly seasoned, with a crispy outer layer that's like a tasty armour protecting the deliciousness inside. Seriously, that crispy coating is like their secret weapon! Now, we didn't stop at chicken alone; we decided to dive into their Lamb and Chicken Shawarma platter, and boy, were we in for a treat. The lamb was tender and packed a flavour punch, while the chicken was just as juicy and downright delectable. But wait, let's talk about those extra crispy crisps they serve on the side. Those little guys were like the perfect matchmakers for our tasty dips, adding that satisfying crunch to the whole meal. Trust me; it was a match made in food heaven. And the presentation! Each dish looked like a work of art on the plate, almost too pretty to eat. They seriously pay attention to every detail. But here's the real kicker – the service was top-notch. The staff not only welcomed us with a friendly smile but also knew their stuff. They gave us some excellent recommendations and made sure we had a dining experience to remember. In a nutshell, the combo of those crispy crisps, the mouthwatering Broasted chicken, and those amazing dips made this North West London spot genuinely exceptional. It's where crispy meets juicy, and every bite is a flavour explosion. Seriously, you've got to check this place out. If you're a Broasted chicken lover and you're up for an exquisite dining adventure, this gem in North West London needs to be on your must-visit list. It's the real deal when it comes to fantastic food, gorgeous presentation, and top-notch service.

Had a large chicken Shawerma platter to share and it was massive! Couldn’t finish the whole thing! It comes with a variety of things, chips dusted with a blend of spices, chicken Shawerma in a wrap and extra chicken on top, pickles, veg, two types of garlic sauce, all drizzled with pomegranate molasses! Simply a feast all £18. Extremely good value for money with generous portions. Staff are friendly and nice, the place is extremely busy so be prepared to wait a little..

After waiting for 30 minutes to get in (be sure to account for waiting time - it's busy for a reason), we were sat down by the manager outside for al-fresco dining. On a beautiful summers day it was the perfect atmosphere for a late lunch with the family. We ordered the Broasted Family Special Platter, the Arabian Chicken Shawarma platter for 5, as well as a Fattoush Salad and Batata Harra. After a short wait (less than 15 minutes) we got our food and it was piping hot. The Broasted chicken was perfectly crisp and the battered coating was delicious. The unique chips they serve were spot on and enough to feed an army. The Arabic Shawarma platter for 5 was delicious and food was plentiful (easily feed three adults, two teenagers and two kids). We had plenty left over and they gave us a tray to pack up and take back home (made a perfect lunch the next day). I would definitely recommend The Best Broasted and would advise you to allow for waiting time. They are very busy and I can see why... Enjoy your visit. I will be coming back again soon 🍗🌯🇱🇧

The fried chicken is so much better than KFC or any other chicken shop. The spice mix on the chicken and chips is outstanding, and the staff are very nice. We were looked after by a guy called Ashraf who was very kind and welcoming.

This place was excellent, bringing broasted chicken to London. Shawarma is by far the best on the high street and up there with the ones I’ve tried at Sahara lounge / in Dubai. Authentic cuisine, generous portion size and very good service all in all. Affordable and delicious. This restaurant is one to watch for sure & I wish it the best for things to come.
