Today, I had a really bad experience in the shop, but I gave it 5 stars because I like the place and the products. I didn't like being treated like a second-class customer just because another customer was busy talking on the phone and leaving their groceries at the till I noticed it while I was doing my own shopping. The lady at the till began to check out my items when they arrived with the last items. She even asked if they wanted to go ahead of me, even though I was already in line for payment. It made me wonder if some people have no manners when it comes to behaving in a shop, especially here in the UK. Those customers put the lady at the till in an uncomfortable position and me that for sure I didn't want they go ahead me. They should learn some manners and adapt to the customs of the country they are living in, please, take a basket if you don't know what you want to buy in the shop.

If heaven exists then it’s at this place. Amazing product, all the cheese and meat that you buy per 100g are exquisite. Additionally, the store has an amazing selection of fresh and dried pasta and a number of Italian delicacies. The smoked bacon and the truffle pecorino are divine! I would most definitely recommend it!

Great selection of italian food, most of it very fresh and authentic. I would go here only if I gave a lot of time. The staff, although friendly, is not very helpful and very slow, it can take ages to wrap up your purchase. Also, many working here doesn't really speak english and it's a bit difficult to communicate if you need something particular...
