Lovely and cosy place to spend your morning after the school run. There has been a few occasions were I've received lukewarm 'hot' chocolate. It depends who's on!

Really nice a cozy place to relax. The coffees and hot chocolate are lovely. It's clean and quiet. A great place to unwind or have a small chat.

Standard Costa offering. The staff are really friendly and drinks are made quickly.
The inside looks narrow from the front, but there is ample seating available. Quiet enough during the week to work remotely however weekends can get quite busy with families due to the area demographic. With this considered, queues are still dealt with quickly.

Very lovely and warm atmosphere, feel home! The service is on spot ... very quick and the drinks are good quality the team members are always polide and friendly, the manager is doing her job amazing and the blond young lad think Martin was his name ,always makes me feel more than welcome !

I am a "flat white" lover and the best I've ever tried was in West Norwood Costa Cofee, so I had no choice but become a regular customer! Nice and freindly staff, pieceful athmospere and always fresh newspapers. Love it!
