I absolutely love coming here the staff are always extremely nice and happy and welcoming and are always willing to change your drink if you don’t like how it taste they are dog friendly which is a plus they recently renovated it so it’s really nice in there and these inside and outside seating

It's a convenient Starbucks in a shopping mall. The service is good, and the coffee is what you expect.
The store is not dirty, but the atmosphere and decor suffer because it's so busy and has had so much footfall over the years. It is exactly what you expect from a small busy Starbucks, no more and no less.

Been there today (7th Feb 22) I needed some coffee beens as I've turned out and a also got a cute cup 😬
After I've paid I realized I also want a latte but I was a bit undecided should I go for one or not.
The nice ladies that were there on the shift at 12pm and served me offered me a free small latte that they did by mistake or something. But was a very lovely gesture that just made my day.

I've been here many times over the years, although only a handful of times since they refurbished the interior with no seating within, not sure what was the reason behind this...
The location is rather nice, based beneath Canary Wharf DLR platforms, the staff are also friendly whenever I've been there, so nothing bad to say in regards to that matter.
Getting here is easy enough via public transport, Canary Wharf via Jubilee, Canary Wharf via Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and buses, Canary Wharf Station (Stop G/F) which caters to buses D3, D7, D8, 135, 277, N277 and N550.

Right next to the DLR station for Canary Wharf - very clean and minimalist inside - served extremely quickly and offered cake/something to eat which was great. I drink weak black tea and appreciated being asked if I wanted one or two teabags and if wanted milk or not as both are often assumed.
