We found this to not be as good as other Young’s pubs. The chicken ham and leek pie was disappointing, and nowhere as good as a chicken ham and leek pie the night before at the Windmill (another Young’s pub). You go for the location, not the food. We had a table outside and that meant we were able to enjoy the atmosphere.

Nice place located by the Thames, nice views from the outside seating. Smart modern pub/restaurant. Came for a quick drink. Good choice of drinks. Reasonable prices. Service was good.

We’ve had an amazing Christmas lunch at the Boathouse. Lovely and welcoming staff. The food was incredible. Turkey and beef cooked to perfection, potatoes soft in the middle and crispy on top - absolutely loved it. Great selection of wines and beers. Will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!
