Excellent service, great flavours: no frills or crazy flavours, just ice-cream is it should be. Inviting ice-cream cakes I have yet to try.
The only issue is that the park nearby is not really clean and appealing. Where can I eat my ice-cream cup? Borough of H&F, do something!

Probably the very best ice cream in london. This little shops is now open to the public. The ice cream is fabulous, rick, not over sweet with beautiful flavours. The pistachio and tiramisu are outsidanding! you can buy a any size and up to 1 litre in boxes. It really is well worth taking a detour to make a visit. The staff are warm and friendly and full of enthusiam and excitment which made my visit a joy.
