The food was great but under seasoned , No large bbq beans so substitute two regular containers was not informed of this issue, was standing waiting for approximately 4 minutes before someone took our order they Focused more on the drive thru and online ordersthen in store customers, once served it was fairly fast service and the team member was polite, I noticed a table with rubbish on it whilst waiting there was no rush to clean it, the carpark was empty I think there's approximately 20 spaces some of them disabled it has some out door seating not the best exit road but overall I give it 6 / 10

We come here pretty often usually for dinner. Very welcoming and understanding. I have tried quite some of the menu and it is all very tasty. I have no recommendation because i just find it all to be good. Obviously small chicken wings are not my kind of crispiness (KFC in general) when it comes to the small wings and the hard crispiness they have. But i know many many others love them. I do in fact adore the Colonel’s one on the menu, it is my top favourite and Zinger Burger 🍔. On the other hand, it is never cramped here (at least whenever we are there) , the place is very chill and comfy. Toilets are always clean. The cleanest i have seen in London (Girl’s toilet) . 🎀 The food is very nice. Enjoyable experience and just recommend coming here. The place is very chill.

We thought we would try this KFC again as it has been a while since our last visit and our last disappointment 😥 I don't like to to be negative, but we was disappointed again 😞 I understand it can be a busy place being on a busy carriage way and it has a dive thru too, but it does look a little run down, dustbins are fill to the brim ! The service was great, the food, well disappointing I'm afraid, the wings were dry and hard and we left them , my wrap well let's just say I have had wraps before and the chicken was a golden colour not a dark brown ! I'm sure it's not a regular occurrence as I rarely use it due to disappointment.

A pleasant experience at the drive thro this evening 03/01/23 . Top notch customer service patiently listening to our long order and gave recommendation which was quite handy. Never looked an inch tired when we went to make payment greeted us with the big smile . Food was hot everyone enjoyed it . This will be our go to station for future .
