Love the food here and atmosphere. I have been here many times. The hojicha latte is recommended and soba dish. The black sesame cheese cake is nice but very small. The price match the size …

A wonderful little spot serving authentic Japanese food. I ordered the set menu and had a great meal, very simple yet excellent and great value for money. Matcha was solid too. The atmosphere is kids heavy, so if you don’t like family’s it …

Disappointing, portions small for the price, especially the rice ball, barely got any taste with no structure, sesame latte toooo sweet, hoji latte was nice, good miso soup, but really busy, good for kids tho, got a kids playing area

Cute cafe hidden away. Nice atmosphere and staff are friendly. Food is disappointing but cheap, used to be a lot better. Matcha was made with a pre-sweetened mix, not ceremonial grade. Salmon onigiri was a rice ball with about a teaspoon of salmon on top. Mackerel rice set was a mashed up spoon of Mackerel rather than a fillet.

A small Japanese cafe by the Canal side of Hertford Road. I like coming here for ice drinks and small nibbles. Great quiet cafe for laptop work! And a good view. I do love the latte and soba noodles

Pros: nice surroundings, quite comfortable on sunny days in the sun, but the seats are very crowded, depending on personal acceptance. Prices are reasonable. …
