Feng Sushi

Ok place, nice and decent service. Decor of the restaurant isn't great and certainly does not relate to a Japanese style restaurant. Overall food was nice but not something that you will remember for long time. Food arrived very quickly. Cant fault the service either. I'd highly recommend crispy squid. It tasted very nice. I used TasteCard so I got 50% off the bill so ill be going there again.

You know what? I like this place. The seafood is always fresh ... it's got a strangely homely feel (might be the worn, tacky interior... YES exotic fish aquarium). The waitresses and chefs seem to very much care about you and your meal. The food IS GOOD 🍣... but for the money... it's just not that classy-a-sushi joint. I'll keep coming here (it's round the corner from my work and decent London sushi is hard to find) but it's no fine dining experience. It's not really authentic... I just like it. The people are cool... the chefs make an effort and the vibe is chill. Never ordered something I regrettted. I would recommend the nigri selection, a miso soup, a pint of a Asahi and some tempura prawns. You won't be sorry 🍤🍤

Their sushi is delicious. Go there and enjoy the nice interior and atmosphere. I like sushi, I enjoy it for special occasions or for calm quiet dinners at home. The rice is the most important thing in the sushi rolls. A day ago, I watched a TV show, where a sushi master was presenting his skills. His devotion and creativity were amazing.

One of my favourite Japanese restaurants. You should go there, but first of all- make a reservation! Their sushi rolls are tasty and the prices are normal. The cooked spinach rolls are delicious with their sweet sesame dressing. The last time they were about £5 and I have to admit that this deal was great.

When Feng Sushi came to borough market it was a god send for the area and I always appreciate every visit. If I pass by and do not go in and eat there I actually feel guilty. Their food is great, even though it may not be the most glamorous, I think it is a great bolt hole for a bit of sushi and a change from the kaiten type restaurant. Highly recommended.

There used to be a fire here in the evenings which made the atmosphere quite romantic. The sushi is quite good, if not brilliant, but the fish is sustainable which is a plus. There are some innovative flourishes on the menu (such as vegetarian duck) and it definitely caters to the health-conscious eater.
