Incredibly good value Turkish restaurant on Kilburn High Road. A friend lives nearby and we go quite often. Both the hot and cold mixed mezze plates are excellent and more than enough for two people. For mains, we usually go for the Woody Special, which is a very generous selection of kebabs served with bread, hummus, cacik and salad. The restaurant is large and caters for everyone from solo diners to large family groups. Service is good and friendly. One downside is that it isn't licensed.
Update: on a subsequent visit we opted for the Mixed Kebab rather than the Woody Special. This still gives ample for two hungry people but misses out the doner kebab, which is the least appetising part of the Woody Special, and comes in several pounds cheaper.

Food is good and decent size portions, and the staff are always very pleasant. Eaten in and had take away many times and always enjoy the food.

We booked tables for 20 ppl , we had absolutely a great experience! Excellent Customers services all staff were nice and helpful. We will go there again soon .

We got the mixed kebab which came with a starter platter of different mezes and a salad bowl. The meat was cooked lovely. Definitely reccomend this place for families :)

Talk about big portions!!! Haven't seen this since America. The food was really yummy especially the lamb shank and the price was surprisingly low. Lots of seating. Definitely can accommodate big parties. I wish this place was by where I lived.

Been here many times. It is not so tasty but they make it up with generous portions especially bread & chips. You can save money by sharing meal here.

Amazing food, great service. I ordered chicken shish which came with rice. However before the main arrived the table was filled with an array of salads as well as humus, another delicious white sauce and a basket of wonderful warm bread. The whole meal was delicious. It’s a 10 from me!

Woodys is always exceptional. The falafel and halloumi wrap and the chicken donner (or chicken shish for £12) wrap are incredible. The garlic sauce is to die for and the salad is always amazing! The wraps from Kilburn Woodys are always ginormous as well when compared to the Camden ones. Great post beer food!
