Pizza Hut

First I was surprised to be forced to pay with card, but later understood it is the best way for costumers and the restaurant. The salad bar was amazing, specially tomatoes. The team was very polite but cold with costumers. There should be a happy and cool atmosphere, and also some way to give tips after your diner, not before.

Two things I must highlight. The food was served quickly and hot as if it had just been taken out of the oven. second since I entered, during dinner and before I left, the owner or supervisor and his staff were always at my service with remarkable kindness. Without a doubt, one of the best branches of the chain that I have visited in my travels around the world.

Pizza Hut Hay Market. The staff are super efficient. Even though the restaurant was full, our server never once ignored us and checked on us throughout. Pizza arrived swiftly. My only observation was how bland the salad was. Years ago, people went to Pizza Hut for the salad, but I put a clause in here. It's not directed at any particular Hut, as I've noticed it with a few branches. The calslaw and potato salad used to be more authentic, and now it's mass made out of a tub. It's just not the same, but Pizza Hut will always remind me of my childhood, so I'll always eat there. 🧡

This Pizza Hut restaurant is one of my favourite places to have dinner in central London. I love the atmosphere here even though the place may be sometimes too crowded during holidays and occasionally you have to wait in a queue before you can get in. Still the food is great and the prices are also reasonable for central London. I’ve visited this place several times and I’ve never been disappointed.

Personal experience- Me and my friends reached exactly 15 minutes before the buffet closed. We were still greeted and told to sit and continue with the buffet. Food was good, got a bit late, so the options got finished soon. Manager was very kind to bring a whole new pizza for us. The sad part was when 2 Africans came and took advantage of the Manager's kindness and they started arguing with the manager. We were sitting right in front of them and saw everything. As soon as the manager left, those 2 people started giggling after they paid for only 1 buffet for 2 people. Shame on such people. Overall the whole experience was nice. Icecream was the best😂

I had an amazing meal here with my friend and her parents, we all opted for the individual meal deal - any individual size pizza, any side, any drink, plus your unlimited salad all for £19.99, can't go wrong really. I tried their Pepperoni and Spicy Honey pizza amd I have to say I think I have a new favourite pizza! We all enjoyed our meal and the service we got was fantastic. Would come again next time I'm in London.
