I was having a lunch, the food was really good, and the service was amazing. They treated me really good and hats off to the staff’s working. It was really amazing experience and will come back again for the nice food.

I always love Itsu for food healthy casual food. Always fresh and delicious and veggie options delicious.
Today I wanted to write this review specifically to bring to your attention the exceptional service from Ikram who was in the shop today, Saturday 3rd June midday. She went out of her way to really help me and I found her fantastic. She was working so hard and seems to be a real credit to Itsu. I hope in some way you can pass on appreciation and reward her in some way. All the staff seemed great, always are.

I really enjoyed this itsu.
We ordered a katsu curry and wanted it customised so I asked if I could remove the vegetables and they were very accommodating with my request. The food was lovely and fresh.

My favorite Japanese chain in London for having sushi or noodles during work time. It is quick to buy, you do not have to wait and you could buy to go! Amazing service. The veggie coconut soup is delicious!!

Itsu is quickly becoming my favorite go-to quick lunch around London. Always fresh, always delicious, clean and air conditioned. The Regents Street location isn’t any different.
I don’t know how they maintain such a high and consistent standard across their locations, but whatever they do - it’s working.
