Pret A Manger

As you can see from my previous reviews, my partner and I loves to drink coffee. We want to try new coffee places. Last week, due to my nature of work have to travel all the way from East Sussex to London everyday, I decided to subscribed Pret monthly unlimited coffee. Rather than spending around £7 pounds a day for coffee (2 coffees) this subscription for me is worth it. And a 10%off to all foods/drinks and pastries. Try their Coconut Quinoa Porridge and don’t for get to ask for the honey (they are sometimes not offering you) it’s included in the porridge. It’s lovely! The Kensington Branch staffs and baristas are all very friendly!

I visited this store at High Street Kensington Today morning(20/02) and was served by a very kind and considerate young man. He didn’t have a name badge but my receipt said the name Amol. Out of all my visit at this store and other Pret this was by far the best customer service given to me. The server interacted very politely and when I reached my seat and realised I forgot to ask for napkins I turned around to this young guy, who already brought some for me. He cleaned the table for me too. Good job

I’m very fortunate that this lovely place is right near my workplace. It’s easy to find (located right beside High Street Kensington station) you can’t miss it. Staff and manager there are excellent, very fast and efficient with their services. Habib always recommends me to try their pastries and oh my, they are so delicious! The best chocolate croissant I’ve had in London is located right here. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!

Went today. Ordered a smoothie but was told they didnt have so i said i wanted a latte, the guy quickly noticed that i was craving something refreshing and recommended me an iced latte instead. Super friendly staff and nice vibes, both the woman and the guy tried to upsell me some sweets. Looked like the managers or smth like that. Wish every pret would have an amazing service like this.
