Pret A Manger

Super tiny branch near Liverpool Street Station. Outside. There are a few branches close together in the area. This one is located near Tesco. Not sure if there are seats. Despite being small, the range of products were reasonable. I only had an americano which was fine. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Efficient service. If you work in the area or want a quick bite to eat, otherwise go to one of the bigger branches.

I did the subscription 3 months ago and I would like to mention Nicola. He learned immediately what I like to drink and he was recognising me. Then I stopped my subscription for 2 mouths and when I did the subscription again surprise: Nicola was still there, he recognised me and remember my favourite drink. This store is extremely busy and I am really amazed of his Exceptional customer service 👏

Excellent but very busy Pret A Manger! There is always a wide range of sandwiches available especially the non stop increasing range of Vegan and Vegetarian products which is simply amazing! There is a brilliant range of hot food here too! As usual, excellent Pret A Manger quality and I absolutely love the Posh Cheddar and Pickle Baguette! It's absolutely remarkable and it would make it into a Michelin star restaurant! It is well stocked despite the long queues and sometimes (pre Lockdown) the queues went straight out of the door between 12pm-1.45pm on Monday-Friday as sometimes it wasn't tempting to get lunch from here when the queues were that long! However, post Lockdown they do get busy but not as busy as before! The customer service here is absolutely brilliant and I was served very professionally! They beat all standards! They treat regular customers very well and I find that Pret A Manger do this better than anywhere else! I have been eating my lunch from this Pret A Manger branch for 3 years now and the staff are very cheerful with me and I have been offered free food such as sweet treats and pastries before! One day I left my card at home and I realised that at the tills. The employee let me have my Latte on the house! Now that's what I call excellent customer service! Honestly, it's a real shame Pret A Manger have cut jobs when all their staff are really friendly! The store was clean and well organised. It has a homely atmosphere to it! Overall, I strongly recommend this Pret A Manger branch to you!
