Amazing service and the food is delicious. Service is on point. The prices are decent. Plenty of options on menu and different from the usual brunch items.

Amazing food. I particularly liked the Herring which tasted similar to a rollmop but made with fresh ingredients and not nearly as acidic. Topped with slices of potato and boiled egg, it was a perfect starter. My Partner had the Gravlax which he said was very tasty too. For mains we both had the Cod with side of potato and seasonal greens all of which was cooked perfectly. We also had the Almond and Pear Tart for dessert all very good. The Service was also Excellent, which was a breathe of fresh air. At one point i tried to get the waiters attention to order more drinks and she didnt see me. Another waiter who was waiting the next table managed to see me out of her periphery and quietly stopped the waiter and she turned around instantly to attend us. It's those little things you notice as a place that actually cares. They weren't overbearing either and left us to enjoy our meal, promptly clearing plates as they emptied. Timing was also good between arriving, receiving our starters and subsequent courses. Starters, Main, Dessert, a couple of rounds of drinks incl. Wine, Beer and coffee came to £110.00 incl. Service. Which is very reasonable for the quality. You don't know how bad some wait staff are in the area and the unbelievable experiences I have had. This was like heaven. As i live in the area i think they have just made themselves a regular customer!

Had an excellent lunch with some friends. The herring was nicely cured and I also had meatballs with mashed potato, gravy and lingonberry sauce. The restaurant and cafe had a lovely atmosphere and seemed like a good place to do some quiet work on the laptop.

Such a cool restaurant and brunch place. Recreates the hygge atmosphere of the northern countries and also serves an amazing food. Also very close to London bridge

Great friendly service. Only had coffee and pastry. Well made and served with a smile 😊. Beautifully designed inside with free WiFi and superb location adjacent to Borough Tube (Northern Line) and 5mins walk from London Bridge. There's a work area downstairs and a restaurant on ground floor. Clean and well designed.

This is a review for the To Go Cafe. If you’re looking for healthy take-away food in Borough or you fancy trying Nordic cuisine, you must visit the Borealis Cafe. The ‘To Go’ lunch menu is perfect if you’re looking for a healthy option. The food here is fresh, sustainable and locally sourced. There are a few tables located near the take-away counter, which we took advantage of. We tried four rye bread open faced sandwiches known as Smørrebrød. These are all served on house rye and looked stunning, like little edible works of art. We also tried a box of salad which was very good.

A Scandilicious addition to the London skyline. There are not so many nice versatile Nordic-style Nordic-themed restaurants and spaces in London (yes, even in London). This is a big place, with event opportunities on more than one floor (a little like Aquavit, but bigger). The food here is predictably yummy and the atmosphere is efficient yet welcoming. I recommend this place - get over before it becomes sooooo fashionable you have to book an age ahead!!
