Exceptional Staff at Pret a Manger, Edgware Road
I visit Pret a Manger near Marble Arch on Edgware Road daily, and I must say the staff is truly amazing. There is a team member from Brazil, initially mistaken for someone from Greece, who stands out for his kindness, politeness, and positive vibes. He consistently provides outstanding service and displays a genuine passion for his work. His uplifting demeanour and positive energy make each visit a delight. I believe he deserves recognition and a raise for his exceptional performance.

The team are so friendly and polite and always make my morning honestly I would not go to any other store, Chris is friendly bubbly and amazing customer service, The pretty East African lady is the sweetest lady you could ever have serve you, I don’t know what pret Edgware Road would be without them, they make that entire store and always keep me coming back :) Mimi

Decent enough pret, baguettes were decent and so was the drinks, though they charge extra for sitting in, but you don’t need to tell them you are sitting in, just pay take out price and take a seat no one seems to care or check, it’s a busy wee store, good location

Amazing staff, was served by a young tall gentleman who was really polite and engaging! I came back for lunch and was again treated well by a young lady! Given how warm it was today they were brilliant!!

This Pret offers smoothie as well as a variety of drinks. The Berry Blast is as good as usual. Quite a big space for a Pret. Service was fast and smooth. There may be a lot of workers during lunch hours.
