Combining fresh sushi with strongly flavored teriyaki hot food, this restaurant’s skill with the cooking pan is beyond imagination and the freshness of its thick-cut sashimi makes my mouth water. Also, the green dragon roll is crunchingly crispy and definitely something I would recommend.

A great sushi place in an area, where good food is hard to find. Very close to close Alexandra Palace and can get busy so bookings are advised. We got the vegetable tempura to start which is quite a random selection of vegetables (mushrooms, sweet potato, onion, bell pepper, leek etc) but still good. We also got the takoyaki which were amazing, so flavourful. We got various sushi including the salmon makimono, California roll, spider roll, Alaska roll, salmon nigiri and ikura nigiri. The best one was the spider roll, it was great and the worst was the Alaska roll (the crab and salmon didn’t really work for me). I would definitely recommend testing the sushi’s like we did as we were pleasantly surprised. Our bill with no drinks totalled £55 which is very reasonable.

We have been longing for a decent Japanese food in UK for quite sometimes already. Sushi zento didn’t disappoint me! The food was surprisingly good.
The sashimi boat was amazing!!! Many kinds of fishes there! Its very fresh and delicious 😋 definitely worth to order if you love fish, its a decent portion for only £39.
The tempura was very crunchy but moist inside which is perfect!!! It tasted as good as it looked.
Their rolls are even better, look at the spider rolls and green dragon roll! I cant express how much I like the rolls!
Then we ordered the mochi ice cream to end this amazing dinner. I have to say even this dessert amazed me especially the strawberry mochi ice cream, they even have strawberry bits in it!
Highly recommend the food!!
They also have very polite staff too

First visited two years ago. Made a trip for sushi yesterday and the quality hasn't changed. It melts in your mouth and was absolutely delicious! We also ordered some dessert, the black sesame ice cream here is the best I've tasted! The matcha is also tasty. The waiting staff were very attentive and friendly. Will be making repeat visits for other items on the menu.

Great choice of menu, with delicious rolls. The sushi is very fresh, especially the tuna.
