The food is good and the staff is lovely but the talk manager with dark hair is incredibly rude and seems to be hating her job and customers.

I have a coffee/tea/hot drinks subscription with the Pret chain and am often in a rush to get around London. It's so easy and a great time-saver to be able to walk in, order a hot chocolate or organic coffee, beep the QR code, and be out with a nice hot drink in hand within minutes.
Staff are friendly and efficient, even during the rush hour.

I popped in this morning for coffee and croissant. Whilst reading the paper and gazing out the front window I foolishly dropped almost a full cop of coffee on the floor. Embarrassed I went to the counter and asked for a mop so I could clean it up. The staff were brilliant and told me to return to my seat as they cleaned up immediately and replaced my coffee. Absolutely brilliant staff

My favorite coffee shop. I love the sandwiches and the variety. My absolute favorite is the vegan mozarella croissant. The coconut latte is delicious and the coffee is strong. Service can be fast depending on time of day you may queue or not. It has a corner for fruits which is super handy.
