All the food is lovely especially the dim dum Mocktails are average but presented nicely. Some of the staff aren't very friendly as others. But overall service is good Nice location with calming views

Just had a lovely experience at Royal China . I have ordered them on Uber Eats many times and want to try it in person . They have a large menu with lovely dishes, I had two portions of dim sum . The scallops dumplings and the Shanghai pork dumplings. Both of them were delicious and fresh. The size of the individual dumplings were larger than I expected and since they are so delicious I’m not complaining. The staff were also accommodating in regards to allergies and promptly advised me on what would not be suitable for me to eat . Overall lovely environment outside and will be a returning customer !

Authentic tasty dim sum all at a reasonable price. Been here quite a few times and always forget to take enough pictures - usually too quick to get stuck in eating the food. Went there bank holiday Monday, table for 8 with 3 kids. They had a ticket system when we got there for noon but we're seated straight away. Family friendly with large tables inside. Outside space just by the river which makes it perfect location! Food is just brilliant, has always been consistently good. 5 stars! Next time will try to take more pictures 😀

My personal favorite Dim Sum place across Europe. The dim sum is freshly handmade, and of top quality, especially prawn dumplings, all kinds of Cheung Fun. My boyfriend and I personally also like a lot the black gold yolk custard buns and chilled Mango & Pomelo Sago. These four are our must-ordered from time to time! The place itself is quite bustling, just like what a dim sum place is supposed to be - definitely recommend for all dim sum lovers

We celebrated a family occasion at the restaurant and we received very good service and food. Totally recommended the Aromatic Duck with pancakes for starters. For mains try assorted vegetables, chicken/meat with rice, noodle. This will be good for a group of 10 people. Enjoy Royal China

The restaurant is always busy, visit early on weekday evenings to avoid queuing. Unlike other Chinese restaurants, this restaurant has non-Chinese service staff as well. The tofu dish was a little bland, but the other dishes were on point.

We had dimsums for lunch and they were excellent. Good variety and very fresh. Nice location, would be lovely on a warm day to sit outside. Service was perfunctory as with all RC branches. Very disappointed to note that they have a new mandate to only give one tiny portion of dipping sauce per table (not per dimsum box or per person), and then they charge £3 per "extra"! See picture. Never had to pay for chilli sauce in any other place in London so this seems very unfair.

Great place for dim sum, roast duck and Chinese dishes. Very pricey too, so get your wallet ready for a special meal!

Great food and service! No matter who you entertain here, you will be 100% satisfied. Cheap for lunch, but great service at night!

The dim sum that is served in the Canary Wharf branch has been consistent in quality over the past decade. I used to go to the Baker Street branch but this location is simply more convenient to travel to. They do not take reservations for lunch but you can collect a ticket in the morning and return at the allocated time for your table. I highly recommend the fried sesame prawn rolls, which arrived piping hot and were perfectly crisp on the outside. The prawn filling is fresh, tender, juicy and well seasoned. The steamed scallop dumplings were flavourful and delicious. The prawn cheung fun was silky and fresh but the portion was a third smaller compared to previous visits. The dough on the xiao long bao dumplings is thicker than I would prefer but there was a good amount of soup in the dumpling. I ordered a classic stir fried beef hor fun for a friend to try but it arrived lukewarm and the noodles were lacking the smokiness that this dish usually has. Do come here for the dim sum, but if you’re after authentic Chinese dishes, I do not recommend majority of the a la carte dishes for dinner or lunch (after many visits here for work dinners, mid-autumn festival, and Chinese new year celebrations). One exception is the Cantonese stir fried ginger and spring onion lobster noodle, which I do occasionally return to have for dinner. I find that the lobster flesh is most tender for this particular dish when you request for a lobster (usually Canadian lobster) that is at least ~3lbs for sharing.
