Great food and good service. Cool spot with glass exterior and great views of Piccadilly that wasn’t busy at all on a Friday night. The lemon cheesecake was amazing.

I booked the London afternoon tea. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were delicious. We were given refills of sandwiches and scones, which was fab! The staff were lovely, but service could have been quicker. The menus were taken off us after ordering our first drink - we didn’t notice until after. So when going to order our second round of drinks we had to ask for the menu again, but the staff were busy , so this took some time.

I made a reservation on the wrong date but they still managed to accept us! Their Kid Afternoon Tea set is the CUTEST!!! It was lovely having afternoon tea sets at Terrace at the Dilly.

You cannot get a better location for enjoying the West End. Located very close to Piccadilly Circus. The lunch time menu is quite limited but all of the food is nicely presented and extremely reasonable for a five star hotel. Everything feels very new, contemporary and clean. Light spacious and airy. Staff are ultra friendly and make you feel extra welcome. Based on how quiet it was I would say this is a hidden gem and must be visited.

I thought I had reserved for the Peter Rabbit afternoon tea, however, when I got there they told me that the tea time was til 4:00 pm. I sort of asked if they could do it since that’s why I went there for and the staff was AMAZING!! Not only I did the afternoon tea, but they gave me a lunchbox with the ones I hadn’t eaten and fresher ones as well. It was worth every pound. 10/10 to the wonderful and kind staff. The place itself is awesome! It’s like eating inside a garden, super fresh due to the AC, and just a great ambiance.

Took my mum here after seeing a show. Food and drinks were really good but overall let down by the service. We ordered the four small plates for £30 deal, obviously planning to share these between us. We had to ask for sideplates as they didn't bring us any and then they overcharged us on our bill by £40 (which we had to point out to them.) I'm not particularly fussy when it comes to service as long as the waiters are friendly and attentive, but expected a bit more at this price range.

A lovely impromptu treat. We hadn’t booked and were just looking for somewhere nice for lunch. We cannot thank Alex enough for finding us a table in this beautiful restaurant. The service was excellent (Alex couldn’t do enough for us) and everyone else gave exceptional service too. A lovely touch was a daffodil given to me for mother’s day. The food was delicious (we had the home made breads and a club sandwich each). The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. We just cannot wait to come back next time we are in London. Thank you so much to all concerned!

My wife and I enjoyed a great evening meal at the Terrace. The staff were very friendly and extremely efficient. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself has a wonderful ambience with its glazed roof and decor including the plants.

Excellent three course meal with free flow prosecco was really good! Our glasses were never empty and the food was delicious. Bear in mind that if you order anything extra your bill will increase noticeably, however, he did not mind as we really enjoyed our evening! Very attentive and professional service too.
