Belvedere Restaurant

Stumbled upon Belvedere walking in Holland Park and decided to check it out. What a beautiful place! As it turns out the restaurant’s been there for a while, but changed owners recently and has undergone full transformation. The dining rooms are absolutely stunning, an homage to the venue’s history, beautifully lit and full of greenery which creates an organic bond between the outside and inside. I’m interior design aficionado myself, visiting unique venues all over the world and I’m usually quite picky. Here I could not fault a single thing atmosphere-wise. The food looks a bit simple, but ingredients are top notch and the flavours were on point. Highly recommend!

We can't thank Valentina and the whole team at The Belvedere enough. We held our wedding reception here and it was absolute perfection from start to finish. Firstly, the venue is so incredible and the only place like this in London. The interiors are stunning and the venue is situated in the beautiful Holland Park. The service, food and drink was excellent with lots of guests commenting that it's the best they've ever had at a wedding. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and attentive throughout the event. It was an absolute joy to hold our wedding reception at The Belvedere and this venue will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Thank you so much again. Rosie and Nick

The restaurant is beautiful an Oasis in the middle of Holland park. The service was impeccable. The ingredients used to prepare the food were of the highest quality. The veal was probably the best I've tasted. I took one star off because we were offered Bolognese as a special........I'm finding it hard to write the word bolognese and special in the same sentence! Thank-you for a wonderful night.

This is the exact definition of the phrase “You can’t have everything in life” I mean, Holland Park is fascinating, the restaurant is outstanding inside and outside, beautiful interiors, furniture, lighting, views, every details is appealing. The staff is so charming. But, unfortunately it is so overpriced for such ordinary food. I read it was expensive, but I thought I’ll discover new flavors. I was wrong, the food is ok, but definitely not worth the price. What you pay is the place, the attention and the views. I surely recommend to go and have a lovely date there. If so, I can say that the wild sea bass ceviche and the tortello with lemon and ricotta are good.

Wow ! What a transformation. I have always loved this restaurant, but sadly it was unloved and rather run down. This refurbishment has brought it back to life in spectacular form. The decor is lovely, very warm and cozy, but I can see how it will work in the Summer too. The staff are super friendly and very efficient. We were served by Alejandro and Joseph, both of whom were very professional and full of smiles. The music was lovely and at just the right level, not too loud but loud enough. The food was delicious and well priced. The Russian sommelier was really very well informed and help us choose a great bottle, again reasonably priced. I highly recommend Belvedere it's simply wonderful. It's (small) dog friendly too !!!
