Smith & Whistle

After a busy day of sightseeing we needed somewhere to eat and rest. Stopping at Smith & Whistle was a punt and the dreaded question of "Have you booked?" was asked. Luckily they had a table. Ordering was quick and simple. Very friendly, helpful staff. Food arrived and was delicious 😋 Fish and chips 😋 Fish was not greasy, which was a big plus. Batter crispy, fish soft and flaky. Thick cut chips, also perfectly cooked. A great find and seemed a very popular spot. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the Green Park/Hyde Park area. Wish I hadn't been driving as the cocktail menu looked fantastic and ones I saw served looked lush!

We stayed at the Sheraton for the Cubs game. We spent a good amount of time at this bar. Gina the manager is great! So friendly and knowledgeable about London. I wish I could remember everyone else's names, but, I was drinking.... Everyone here is great! And the Smith and Whistle lager is awesome too!

Walking into the bustling bar, I am immediately greeted by the lively atmosphere and the rhythmic beats emanating from the speakers. The dimmed lighting creates an ambiance of warmth and intimacy, while the tantalizing aromas of various beverages fill the air. As I make my way to the bar counter, I'm met with a friendly bartender who exudes charm and expertise. They take the time to listen to my preferences and recommend a signature cocktail that perfectly suits my taste. Recommended!

Perfect fish&chips! Wonderful place, we felt welcomed. We made a reservation one day in advance via thefork and I would advise you to do so. They do not ask for credit card and all your data at the reservation stage and they are very open about the menu - you can find it on their page. I like this open approach as you know everything in advance. We all had fish&chips and it was delicious, especially if you consider that it is usually rather plain, fatty dish. Modest price. Highly recommend the place!

Celebrated my fur baby's birthday at the bar and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff was so welcoming and one particular staff member (Delwar) made sure we were taken care very well. From the moment we got into the restaurant he was making sure Murphy is comfortable and brought him water and to end the Celebration he even got a small piece of cake for him which was so amazing. Thank you Delwar for this great time. We appreciate it so much.
