Recently stated ordering takeout from here, so far the food has been really tasty. Good spice levels and the different curries have unique flavours (I've found that some places use the same base for a lot of dishes). The only thing I would mention is the 4 star hygiene rating, which though adequate, always puts me off a bit. Cause I'm wondering why...

Went here with my girlfriend and we thought it was awesome. Food was unique, delicious, individual and importantly well-priced. Great vibe and it's BYOB too so the whole thing felt chill and easy going. Service was quick and the owner came and chatted to us a wee bit about the food too which was lovely. Big recommend.

Wow! The best onion bhaji 10/10 and flavourful authentic curries 😍 You can tailor your spice level and everything was just I ncredibly flavourful, definitely will be back! Amazing vegan options, I’m a bit of a spice wimp so I had the vegan tikka masala - the sauce was dreamy. What made this place stand out was the friendly staff with a knowledge, kind owner who takes the time to make you feel very special. Finally… it’s BYOB. What a win!

We stumbled on this place on a whim, and we are glad we did! The service was excellent, with the owner giving us recommendations and talking us through the menu. He asked us what flavours and what spice level we wanted. The food was amazing and he asked us to try it before we committed to it. If it wasn't to our liking he'd re-cook it! Definitely recommend for any and all visitors, not your standard curry house

I have been coming to this restaurant for years, have moved houses and haven’t been since covid. It’s still absolutely brilliant! The staff was really friendly and helpful, the only restaurant I know that is actively asking how spicy you would like your dish and more than willing to customise their dishes at customers request. Food tasted amazing, just as I remembered it.

We had ordered food from this place on an app and we really liked it, so we decided to visit. The experience in person was much better, as the food presentation is amazing and the service is very personalised. I'll definitely try to visit more often. Btw, you can order on the phone or through the website and it's cheaper and faster.

My son and I visited the Bengal Spice after an Arsenal game. We had a perfect meal. The owner knows his curries and offers great help in choosing spicy ! I'd highly recommend it and hope to return to the restaurant as Premiership Champions!!

A pleasant surprise to find an Indian restaurant that actually serves authentic Indian & Bangladeshi food. I cook Bangladeshi food myself and so avoid going to these restaurants because my standards for good Indian food are very high. This is an exceptional restaurant I have discovered and will be visiting when I want homey food. Food quality and taste: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience: 3/5 Overall I would still give it a 5/5 because the service was exceptional. I had forgotten to specify how hot I wanted my dish until the food was served. I mentioned it, and the owner asked me to try it, and if it was too hot, he'd re-cook my dish!! But thankfully, it (Chattoki Karahi with Chicken on the bone) wasn't that hot and it was delicious. PS. They are an alcohol-free restaurant and that means it is a quiet place you can sit and eat in peace!
