Customer service was pretty good and all the staff having a good attitude towards the customer and I have enjoyed the day with tortilla. Please do go and try out the food .

Recently i had visit the tortila for the first time the food was great especially boritto and good customer service the girl (anushika)in till was friendly, big shout out to her . And highly recommend visit again soon.

My only issue was the corn tortilla. I was expecting it to be hard and crunchy. It wasn't. But definitely helped me hit the Mexican food craving. Great flavors. The location we visited had no bathroom. Bummer when you're a tourist.

An acceptably fresh fast-food option. More the Tex-Mex type than the authentic Mexican variety that I consider objectively better but perhaps less appealing to the masses. The staff were helpful and they held my hand father-like and guided me through the whole process, as I had never eaten Tortilla before and I'm prone to sudden and stifling indecision. Great location, as one can wheel away from the store and enjoy the foil-blanketed gold burrito-nugget while overlooking the icons littered along the Thames. I came in hungry and ended up full - to ask for anything more would be greedy.
