Zoilo

Passed by Zoilo and was wondering why it isn’t on my wanna try list. that same evening I really wanted a good steak. was thinking to go to Lurra or Wild Tavern that I absolutely LOVE. then decided to try something new. Zoilo had a phenomenal rib eye made to perfection. asked for medium rare and got an amazing medium rare. wine selection and the owners knowledge is beyond. surprised I enjoyed Argentinian wine (when I only drink french or north Italian due to the acidity in the soil). totally recommend going! I will definitely go again and try their full menu. until I do, it’ll be a rare 5 star.

Great good with amazing customer service. Friendly staff who went over the menu patiently with us. Ribeye was very tender and cooked to our liking. All the extras we ordered were also well done. Overall definitely recommend to anyone who likes a good steak any good food. Try their empanadas, they’re very good.

Fabulous atmosphere, staff and food. We dropped in on a late Thursday eve without reservations (and were celebrating a birthday) and the team gratefully accommodated us. The food is fantastic and incredibly reasonable for central London and the quality of the experience and design. Will absolutely be back - thank you, Zoilo team! xx

If I could give this place more than five stars I would. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Marble Arch. Upon arrival the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and greeted us with hand sanitiser due to Covid. The menu is small but very interesting dishes (focusing on quality!). I was starters, mains and deserts were absolutely delicious! After every bite of every dish that we took, we just had to say “wow!”. Everything we ordered was extremely flavourful and cooked to perfection with quality in every detail taken. Service, the staff were so caring, funny, friendly and attentive. The food came out in a really good time and we were able to share everything which was nice! The rosemary spritz was so delicious and flavourful. The restaurant management and waiters were so friendly that they gave us a small complimentary jar of their famous sauce which is absolutely delicious and a celebration card as a gift! It was such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture. The restaurant is decorated very nicely, situated in a lovely area and it’s very cosy inside. A really nice feature was an additional side table that they put aside each table for additional space and drinks. Overall this is an amazing restaurant, with astonishingly delicious food, lovely atmosphere, immaculate customer service and pride in the quality of food and service. Highly recommended and will definitely be coming back.
