The entire experience was great. Service was fast and very friendly. Food was served hot and they allowed me to make changes. Example: I don't like hash browns so they let me get mashed potatoes. Cost was well worth it.
David ...our waiter was fairly new and looked like he had a big area to cover. He did a wonderful job and made sure we were alright through the whole meal. Everyone worked together and it was one of the nicer visits. 😌
We had a delightful waitress that was personable and sweet.

Joe, the Manager on duty and his staff are awesome!! Super friendly, fast service, great food. My waitress Ariel did a super job with a friendly smile. Joe went above and beyond on a special request. Props to both of them. Will be back on future visits to London, Ohio for sure.
Taylor was absolutely the best server!! She made sure our kids got their food first but also made sure we had everything also! Best service.

It didn't start off good. Waitress acted like we were bothering her. Eventually, she warmed up. The only thing was that she kept coughing into her hand, shirt, or nothing.
After one visit, you feel like family. Yes, it’s a chain, but you can tell the staff knows everyone that comes in.

Thank you for being open on Thanksgiving day. My kids had to work and I took them to Bob Evans for their lunch break. It was a great dinner.
I always love going to Bob Evans, but I'm always a little disappointed when I order to go. I never seem to get the same amount of side dish as I would if I ate inside.
