The Habit Burger Grill

BEWARE. We’ve given The Habit in Lompoc quite a few chances, but this was the last straw. We found what appears to be something metal in one of our salads, looks like an open staple. We called the manager (daisy) immediately and she had no remorse or sympathy, and to be honest, she didn’t even sound surprised. A couple months ago we ordered a salad with NO blue cheese, since I am allergic, and they still gave me blue cheese, it was underneath the toppings so I didn’t see it until I bit into it and chewed it. There needs to be better quality control at this location. This place has become way too dangerous to eat at.

It's good. The turkey burgers are juicy. The children salad upset my stomach one time. The manager argued with me one time that the Turkey burger I ordered was Turkey and not beef. He said I can recook it but it will be the same. I ordered a chicken burger but didn't eat it. He noticed and gave my money back. I haven't ate beef in 15 years. I know the difference.

Just went and ordered fries and a burger today, it’s October 23rd 2021,my fries are literally raw potatoes wet noodles lol I asked for them well done, the little 16 year old with the slicked backed hair and those kids in the back need to wake up and cook, and get orders correctly, walking around like they’re low on batteries, never ordering again, all those kids need to be fired. Literally giving people food poisoning 24/7 because they don’t take their job seriously, they all have attitudes like they don’t want to be there.

What a joke honestly won't be shopping here anymore terrible customer service from the children working the front desk . Lack of management. Tried to inform management that there online ordering wasnt working I tried to place a order online & when looking for locations lompoc didnt pop up when that wasn't working then tried the door dash app which google recommend said they were closed called about 5 times no answer & when I arrive there isn't much going on & didn't recive any customer service with my ordering or with trying to tell them somthing was wrong I wasnt to upset until the kid in the front just disregard me .when trying to pass some information asked for a Manger but never talked to someone that actually cared .
