Wild West Pizza & Grill

Update July 29th 2015: I have to say that after my last review I didn't think I'd be back. My family convinced me to try it again. The staff was helpful, kind and professional. Most of all I enjoyed how enthusiastic the staff was. That horrid mildew stench could not be found and most impressively the pizza has remained consistent as far as quality and flavor. The staff went that extra mile to make the customer extra happy tonight, that left me highly impressed, a great sign that ya'll ;) care of customer service /satisfaction. Well played Wild West pizza... well played. Originally I gave this a 5 star review. The only reason I give them 1 star: good concept, pizza is original and well executed. I like the idea of sodas from around the world. Cons: They may have started out nice, shiny and new but that's not the case anymore. On two occasions I have seen ants on tables. The tables are dirty and smell awful (several occasions). Cleanliness goes beyond what's visible to the eye. I suggest a new cleaner and making sure to not use old cloths retaining mildew. There's no reason why I should feel the impulse to clean my own table. The floors smell as well, replace your mop or follow better cleaning protocols. Absolutely no reason why patrons should have these unpleasant funky aromas interfering with the food. The staff could be more attentive to salad bar and pizza station. Keep it fresh, stocked and clean. The staff is not welcoming and lacks in all areas. I pay, I get my food and I leave. I get better hospitality at my kids cafeteria. I suggest you get up move, greet and stay alert. Also the play machine is meant for patrons? Had me fooled. I see a lot of staff not performing as expected. Based on my observations I can only question the practices in the kitchen, therfore I will not be returning. It's a shame because Wild West has great pizza. This isn't meant to be hurtful, constructive but that's the point of this. - October 20th 2014
