Came here first time, pizza was delicious, clean bathroom which hard to find nowadays. Thank you guys keep up good work, definitely will come back.
Called 20 minutes before close expecting to be told we’re done for the night( which is perfectly understandable) I asked for a slice a pizza; before I could finish what I said he cut me off told me to come and and he’d hook me up with a 12 inch pizza. Great service these guys deserve 5 stars not 4. The small town family feeling from a pizza place is here guys look no more.
I call in ask do they sell slices of pizza and was told yes I went to go buy a slice of pizza and the guy gave me an extra slice just for doing business with them that was really sweet of him. I appreciate it.
Love their pizza and tonight they proved they have great customer service. We tried something a little different tonight and it didn’t come correctly made. We tried it and it was still good, so we ate it, but wanted to let them know for next time. They felt bad and gave a us a credit towards our next pizza! So awesome. Thanks, Rosati’s!
Excellent customer service. From the people who answer the phone, to the front desk staff who greets you as you walk in. The atmosphere and food are great. We love their pizza with the perfect amount of sauce and their dough nuggets with the generous amount of garlic spread. We will be back. Thank you Rosati’s in Lombard for always knowing how to deliver great food.
Food is wonderful and what everyone has come to expect from this chain. Prices are a little high ($9 for Tiramasu?) but the biggest and only issue I have with this particular location is that nobody wears gloves when making the food!
Could they be washing their hands in between and as often as they should...absolutely...but you do not see that the way this building is setup and it is a little disheartening knowing we're still recovering from a major pandemic.
Other than that...A+
We have always had great service and fresh, hot pizza from our Lombard location. We have been going here for years.
Excellent customer service! The gentleman who took my order was very attentive. The pizza was perfectly cooked and delicious! Will be back!

It's not my usual rosati's but I went there because of a deal that I had received. Met the new owner of the establishment and he seems like a real hard-working man good luck to him and the food's good too haha

Great pizza and phenomenal service. Always consistent. This location is really good too. Some rosatis are spotty but this one so far has been my go to.
I graduated from Willowbrook in 85 and haven't been back in Villa Park since, but it was exactly what I remember.....maybe better! Excellent pizza ❤️
